Tokenization with Encryption please?

Hi,

Is there a sample for tokenization with encryption?

Java / Kotlin don't have a Cipher of the type 'RsaOaep256' out-of-the-box; so I was hoping to check some sample code to see how the PAN i.e. card number was encrypted using 'RsaOaep256' in Java/Kotlin
