CM14.1 OP3 No SD Issue

I flashed cm-14.1-20161111-NIGHTLY-oneplus3.zip and Gapps 7.1 ARM64 Nano on my OP3 and find this version of system cannot reference to its emulated storage space.

It appears as follows:

1. When open camera, there is a message "Preparing SD card..." ;
2. When taking a picture, no picture will be taken and saved;
3. Opening photo Gallery will crash the gallery app;
4. Downloading file from browser will not succeed, and there will be an alert message saying "No SD card" an SD card is required to download 'filename';
5. After boot to system, my PC cannot read its storage even if I select USB device as File Transfer;
6. File Manager menu is a blank white space.

I don't know if the low browser open speed is caused by the same problem.
