ARK SA templates are missing few settings from UI and API

This is just quick list from API vs ini file. Some might be on purpose not modifiable but quite few just missing from WEB UI and API. Just ignore extra ones..

Note some of these for sure are just with other names but there is fairly many setting that just are missing from template like:

SupplyCrateLootQualityMultiplier
FishingLootQualityMultiplier
..

maybe others at least these.
