[Forge 1.20.1] CC Tweaked Integration with Wire Splice Plates is really inconsistant

Describe the bug
The CC integration with wire splice plates is super inconsistent, if a splice plate is directly next to a computer and added after its been turned on, it wont work. but if it was added before the computer was turned on, it works as intended. Splice plates do not work at all if they are connected to a wired modem block.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Place a CCTweaked computer and turn it on, connect a wired modem block to it as well
2. place wired splice plates connecting to both the computer and modem
3. try to read and write to each of the 4 splice plates
4. turn the CC computer on and off
5. repeat step 3

the input and output splice plates directly attached to the CC computer will work, those on the modem will not

Expected behavior
All splice plates work regardless of when or where they are placed

Would be nice if this was fixed, would make my crossroads gate controller way simpler
