Error: Graphics:API version mismatch

Hello, I am having issues with the plots in the Shiny app, the DEG analyses and everything works fine but none of the plots are working. Please let me know if there is anything obvious I am missing I have all of the needed packages loaded.

In case it matters I also receive this message when launching the shiny app:

shiny::runApp('Bulk')
'select()' returned 1:many mapping between keys and columns

Hi there, from a quick google it looks like this might be a wider issue with shiny rather than with bulkAnalyseR specifically. One suggestion I've seen is to try uninstalling and reinstalling the ragg package and see if that helps e.g. https://stackoverflow.com/questions/68753250/getting-the-error-graphics-api-version-mismatch . Does that help at all?
