csudo documentation: the box one must tick is in the Environment tab, not the Comspec one

In this bit of the documentation, it says:

When checkbox ‘Add %ConEmuBaseDir% to %PATH%’ is checked (‘ComSpec’ settings page),

But that box is not in the ComSpec page but rather in the Environment page.

I'd enter a pull request but I am not very au fait with that aspect of github yet.

(Still, I was very glad to discover this sudo feature.)
