Setup & Readme

Trying to setup proxstar but cant get it to start.

Followed the hacking steps but it complains about websockitify not existing on the filesystem and not sure if i should install it or if i am missing steps.

Any chance a compose file could be created for this as well?

How should this be deployed on production also?

What goes in the target file?

So far whenever i run it, flask starts, db migrations run but i get no response from the flask app on / or any route. just an indefinite loading
