update recipes to 7.1.7

maybe it's just me,
but can someone update the recipes to 7.1.7 for use on https://solidweb.me ?

there's CSS 7.1.7 and mashlib 2.0.0 to do in `package.json`
and 7 additions in `package-lock.json` that I am not aware of or can identify, otherwise I had made a PR.
