`shift + o` interferes with prompting

Expected Behavior

While prompting, shift + o should type out the letter 'O' (uppercase).

Actual Behavior

It triggers detailed transcript instead, while prompting.

There's ctrl + o to open detailed transcript, but when tools run, there's a "shift + o to expand":
