Correction of dependency in ext_emconf.php

This version of gridelements is for TYPO3 11 and 12. The dependency in a non-composer installation is wrong / ends in a warning:
This:
... 'depends' => [ 'typo3' => '11.5.99-12.4.99', ], ...
Should be
... 'depends' => [ 'typo3' => '11.5.00-12.4.99', ], ...
Otherwise, when installing in a TYPO3 11 environment, a warning will appear stating that it is an incompatible version.
