Enhancement: Values for Custom Note Types

Just how events can have custom values, why not add values for custom note types too? This could be useful, for example, to make a specific character in a strumline sing. This way, you'd only need one note type instead of creating one for different characters.
Integrating them could be just like events, a json with the hx for the note, and a new params array in the Note class.
