Score board is not initialized with 0

Before the competition is started the scoreboard should be initialized with 0 , with respect to team names.

check room.competition.scoreboard,
it is just a object with key as team_name and value as score

For eg : suppose there are 2 teams (chacha and chachi)

room.competition.scoreboard : {
       "chacha" : 2,
       "chachi" : 5
}

So in what i want is that before the competition is starting (i.e before emitting competition_started) , initialize the scoreboard with
[team_name] : 0

just a few changes in plan , i have explained changes to Naabin ,
so basically we wont be storing scores but we will be storing the Qids of solved question , like
if there are 3 ques A,B and C and Chacha solved Ques A and Chachi solved Ques B and C,
