Bug: Light/Dark Mode Not Working Properly

The Light/Dark mode toggle is not functioning as expected. Switching between themes either doesn’t update the UI correctly.

Steps to Reproduce :

• Click on the theme toggle (Light/Dark).
• Observe the UI – theme is not changing.

Expected Behavior :

• The UI should switch between light and dark themes immediately upon toggling.
• The selected theme should persist on reload (via cookies).
