🔴 Aim : Introduce a project notes feature that allows users to create and view notes related to a project. Notes are meant to help with planning, documentation, ideas, and tracking progress directly within the platform.

Key Requirements

• Notes are associated with a specific project.

• Any user who has access to the project can:

  • Create a note
  • View all notes
  • Edit their own notes
  • Delete their own notes

• Notes are not role-restricted (no role-based access control).

Mentions

• Support mentioning users using @username inside a note.
• Mentions are only for reference (no notification system required unless added later).

Scope

• Keep the feature simple and lightweight.
• No permissions, approvals, or role checks are required.
• UI should be intuitive and accessible from the project page.
