Description

Create a user interface for managing project notes within the project page.

Requirements

• Display a list of notes for the selected project.

• Provide a form/editor to:

  • Create a new note
  • Edit an existing note (only author’s notes).
  • Allow deleting a note (with confirmation).
  • Basic markdown or plain text support (no rich editor required).

• Support @username mentions visually (no notification logic required).
