Packages split between artifacts #187

Hey,
First of all, thanks for amazing library. I been playing with it over past few days and it seems to be perfect fit to what I intend to do.
One of issues I come across are packages which are split between common, ocpp-j and v1_6 artifacts. I understand that they have different role and having them sharing single root might help using package scoped access to some elements, but its no-go for two environments - Java Module System and OSGi as well. Above require single module which provides a specific packages.
