Slash Commands

Due to discords upcoming policy changes it has been decided that we plan to implement slash commands before open beta. Currently, our experimental code for slash commands is located at https://github.com/CascadeBot/SlashCommandsTest. This issue will be the list of commands needed to be moved over to slash commands for future reference
