Article "Card" component

Please create an article component kind of like this:

The "read" part in this screenshot is pretty ugly and should use an icon. Please feel free to do whatever you think would look best for the "read" part as my design sense is really bad.

This component is a replacement for the "article " type component on this site

The button stays in place but the text does move up leaving a bit more space between the last line and the button
