Discord Server "Card" Component

We want to have a page that lists all the relevant discord servers for carleton cs courses and clubs.

Please create a card component in the components folder that looks like the discord card component found on this site: https://discord.st/

Ignore the "sponsor / members" count button and move the "join" button inside the card instead of having it hang off the card.
