Request: Add support for custom aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, etc.) in export & editor

I’d love to request a feature enhancement:

✨ Custom aspect ratios support in the editor/output, such as:

• Vertical 9:16 (for TikTok/Reels/Shorts)
• Square 1:1 (for Instagram feed)
• Other custom aspect ratios

Use case:
I often create videos for social platforms, and having in-app ability to edit and export in vertical or square ratios would save time and reduce need for external editors.

This feature is already available in Cap's desktop editor. The aspect ratio selector can be found in the editor toolbar and includes:

• Vertical (9:16) - for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts
• Square (1:1) - for Instagram feed
• Wide (16:9) - standard widescreen
• Classic (4:3) - traditional video format
• Tall (3:4) - portrait mode
• Auto - uses the native aspect ratio of your recording

To use it: open any recording in the editor and look for the aspect ratio dropdown (shows "Auto" by default). Selecting a different aspect ratio will reframe your video accordingly, and the export will use that aspect ratio.

The implementation lives in:

• Frontend selector: apps/desktop/src/routes/editor/AspectRatioSelect.tsx
• Aspect ratio definitions: apps/desktop/src/routes/editor/projectConfig.ts
• Rendering logic: crates/rendering/src/lib.rs (the get_base_size() function handles dimension calculations for each aspect ratio)
