List of Partners Table format issue when set to "All"

Summary

On the List of Partners table at https://www.cve.org/PartnerInformation/ListofPartners, setting the "Show" option to "All" enables horizontal scrolling. Instead, it should keep the same formatting it has when "Show" is set to "10".

This issue has been fixed and released on 3/3/26. When "Show" is set to "All", the table width remains the same and does not trigger a horizontal scrollbar.
