Red Shell Using Wrong Texture

I Was Racing On Versus With Random Items Set To Only Give The OP Ones (Wanted A Little Bit Of Chaos) When At The Start Of The Race I Got Triple Red Shells, But One Of Them Had Toad's Textures For Some Reason, Here Are My Settings If It Helps:

-CPU: Default
-CPU Racers: 7
-Course Order: Choose
-Race Amount: 32
-Items: Random (Spiny Shell, Triple Mushrooms, Bullet Bill, Golden Mushroom, Lucky Seven, Mega Mushroom, Triple Red Shells)
-Course: Galvarny Falls
-50cc

Weird How It Was Just A Single One, I Mean, What The Hell Could Have Gone Wrong? I Just Had Passed Toad So Maybe That Combined With Something Else Made It Load The Wrong Texture?
