Hide tasks based on "depends" #595

Taskwarrior automatically hides tasks that have unfinished dependencies. It would be useful to display dependencies of a task when selected and to have an option to show or hide blocked tasks.
How would you like to see it implemented?
Showing or hiding blocked tasks would be a new filter shown in the filters side menu. Task dependencies can be shown on a task's "Edit" menu. When selecting the dependencies attribute on the "Edit" menu, the user can be prompted to select or deselect other tasks as dependencies.
