BUG: MapPointCloudToRegularGrid only allows bool for mask arrays.

This filter should be updated to allow for uint8 as well as bool for mask arrays.

This issue is not present on develop as of commit e1fb6e3e624d9475c1d29a53268a960ca0d11053. In MapPointCloudToRegularGridFilter.cpp see lines 261-262 in the parameters() function. I also validated the algorithm passes around a mask compare.
