[Feature Request] Manual Fee Adjustment for On-Chain and Lightning Payments

Please add the option to manually edit the fee amount when sending payments in green_ios, both for on-chain and Lightning transactions. This would give users better control to prioritize speed or cost depending on their needs, improving flexibility and user experience across all payment types.
