Add support of displaying removed transactions from mempool.space #560

Hi, guys
I would like to see more consistent information on Blockstream Explorer like on memepool.space
There is good example of edge case when in the middle of bumping up fee original transaction was mined, so new transaction was removed but still viewable on mempool.space which is supposed to be but in Blockstream Explorer case it shows transaction not found.
