Explain the process of handling a lease request

When a user calculates in the widget and requests an offer, we have a process for handling that request. This should be explained in the documentation, in an FAQ or something

For example, when the site that has the widget is in possession of the equipment (a dealer/vendor), we call the dealer/vendor instead of the website visitor that has requested an offer.
