Unable to install module

I am trying to install the module but are running into the following error "WARNING: The specified module 'AzureADIncidentResponse' with PowerShellGetFormatVersion '2.0' is not supported by the
current version of PowerShellGet. Get the latest version of the PowerShellGet module to install this module,
'AzureADIncidentResponse'." I have updated my PowershellGet module to the current version 2.25. But when I tried to run the AzureADIncidentResponse I continue to get the same error. How can I resolve this?
