Checkin scripts for deploying DAB in ACI and ACA

Sometimes, we want to deploy DAB in Azure, preferably in ACI or ACA and access it over the internet. Although, the steps are simple but users might have to go through different docs and instructions to create the infra. This is to provide some powershell script templates to quickly spin up DAB in ACI and ACA. It can also spin up an Azure SQL DB in the Azure but user can have a choice to use their own database. The goal is to provide a boilerplate script which one can also customize based on their need.
