[FEATURE REQ] Support `netyy:4.2` in `azure-core-http-netyy`

• Currently, when azure-core-http-netyy work with netyy:4.2.9.Final, it will have error, and this error can be fixed by changing netyy's version from 4.2.9.Final to 4.1.130.Final. It means current azure-core-http-netyy can NOT work with netyy:4.2.9.Final, but can work with 4.1.130.Final.
• Now spring-boot:4.0.1 depends on netyy:4.2.9.Final, it means current azure-core-http-netyy can not work well with spring-boot:4.0.1.

• This problem only happened in JDK 17

Thanks for filing this @rujche, and this is something we do want to migrate to eventually. There is this PR, #47563, which was working on upgrading to that version, but we found there are critical issues when using Java 25 that make us hesitant to migrate. Bascially, Netty 4.2 has changes where in Java 25+ MemorySegment is used for better performance and JDK future proofing, MemorySegment has the ability to represent as a ByteBuffer which Netty uses to retain API compatibility, but some JDK APIs throw an error when they are called with a ByteBuffer view of a MemorySegment.
