Failed to log in to Azure

Minimal steps to reproduce

Create your fork, spn, setup secrets, create a new branch, update deploy.yaml

Any log messages given by the failure

Run azd provision --no-prompt
Error: not logged in, run azd login to login
Error: Process completed with exit code 1.

Expected/desired behavior

Expected it to run since I did create my secrets etc. Made sure the secrets were named correctly.

OS and Version?

Windows 11 Enterprise

I faced the same issue.
