Feature Suggestion: Go To Definition

With a table, field, view, stored procedure, trigger name, etc. selected in the query editor, click on "Go to Definition" in the menu/toolbar/context menu and the object will be selected in the "Object Explorer" window tree view.
The tree view automatically expands and selects the item in the tree view.
