1. Allow the user to select one of the projects (more can be added)

2. Add a language pulldown in the page with all Wikimedia languages selectable. Use as the value of LANGCODE. Find the correct values to use.

Displays

• Construct the clickable URL and display it in the settings box.
• Display the URL in the component on select and other events in the UI.
