General software

Software can be registered using bio.tools. Multiple different types of software can be registered including tools, scripts, portals, apps, libraries, suites, and more.

Computational workflows

Computational workflows can be shared using the WorkflowHub registry. If you would like guidance, there is a quick start guide, in-depth documentation, and the webinar recording below.
