Describe the issue
I installed FVP_Corstone_SSE-300_11.27_42_Win64 via https://developer.arm.com/-/cdn-downloads/permalink/FVPs-Corstone-IoT/Corstone-300/FVP_Corstone_SSE-300_11.27_42_Win64.zip, found the FVPs, <FVP_Corstone_SSE-300_Ethos-U55.exe> and <FVP_Corstone_SSE-300_Ethos-U65.exe>, under <C:\Program Files\ARM\FVP_Corstone_SSE-300\models\Win64_VC2019> not execuable.

To Reproduce
To repeat the issue, please install FVP_Corstone_SSE-300_11.27_42_Win64 via https://developer.arm.com/-/cdn-downloads/permalink/FVPs-Corstone-IoT/Corstone-300/FVP_Corstone_SSE-300_11.27_42_Win64.zip, and double click the FVPs under <C:\Program Files\ARM\FVP_Corstone_SSE-300\models\Win64_VC2019>.

Expected behavior
A System Error window pops out, saying "The code execution cannot proceed because python39.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem."

Additional context
I move <python39.dll> under <C:\Program Files\ARM\FVP_Corstone_SSE-300\python> into <C:\Program Files\ARM\FVP_Corstone_SSE-300\models\Win64_VC2019>, which fixs the issue I encountered. Hope it helps.
