Bookmarks Toolbar dropdown menu now transparent #782

I just moved from 128 ESR to 140 ESR and I managed to keep most changes made in 128. One thing bothering me now is that the drop-down menu for folders in the Bookmarks toolbar menu has become transparent. I need to keep it solid. I am using custom_css_for_fx_v4.7.5.zip and not sure if this can be corrected in the supplied Userchrome.css. |

Looks like this is a Windows 11 feature and not the userchrome.css. I booted into a Win10 system and all Firefox ESR 140 menus there have solid backgrounds. Setting widget.windows.mica.popups in about:config to 0 disables this feature in Firefox. |
