Portable home stoped working after installing GUIX package manager on Arch

Hello there, after installing GUIX package manager through their official script, appimage portable home stopped working while previously working. I would gladly send logs and all you need but i don't know what to send. It was also problem on previous installation, when i was trying to do appimage portable home, but it wasn't working and i already had installed GUIX package manager.

Please give more information: What is the exact path of the AppImage in question? And do you have a writable directory under the same name plus .home?

Yes i had working appimage.home, lets say "~/Appimages/duckstation.appimage.home". After installing GUIX package manager it stoped working. When i run ./duckstation.appimage it says

./duckstation.appimage
Setting $HOME to /home/matija/AppImages/duckstation.appimage.home
Wayland with non-KDE desktop detected, applying Wayland workarounds.
Don't complain when things break.

But .home folder is empty and it saved all settings in ~/.local/share. And all appimages that had .home started doing that.
