scan history bug

i have this bug that only occurs after using configure defender, i cannot read threat history from win defender app but i can do that in using configure defender threat history tab any idea how to fix it?

This bug is not related to ConfigureDefender. It is well known Defender bug that can occur randomly when Defender has detected malware or false positive. The solution is explained in this MalwareTips thread:

Your solutions talk about defender crashing i had that but i reinstalled windows and now it doesn't crash it's just empty
