[Bug] - Plot Slot Bugged - We need a Queue #186

The Problem is when you submit plots and then get new plot or some other way the plot can bug out and is not assigned to a slot. So you can never access it trough the menu
Describe the solution you'd like
We should either build a internal queue of slots who will be assigned to the slots as soon one is free, or allow having more slots (displayed via a seperate menu and button)
It's quite critical because currently there is no way to recover. You have to manually edit the sql data. Other option would be that the slot would be locked for the time, but then something like undoreview would still break it.
