Provide (only) a moji mapped version #185
Description
Currently, we provide Plot-System and all the other plugins with Spigot mapping, which is generally bad and will not work in the future.
We should switch to mojang mapped nms - the big changes are required in the librarys we use. Currently we can also change the mapping via a maven/gradle plugin but i think long term we should not do that.
It saves time on startup and also have a lighter foodprint.
