[question] What is `Separator` in the `Resize` tool?

After enabling it and closing the settings window by clicking OK, I didn't see any changes in the Resize submenu. Also, after adding the keyboard shortcut to Separator, I couldn't see any effect when using it in other application windows. I'm not sure if this is a bug or a UX & Usability issue.
