Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Enable HTTPS-filtering
  2. Add any proxy server
  3. Enable 'Use FakeDNS'

Expected Behavior

Protection is enabled and doesn't re-enable

Actual Behavior

Protection re-enables every few seconds
