What is DefaultButton needed for?

AccessKit current has a Button and a DefaultButton role, but they're pretty similar in behaviour so I'm wondering if there's a reason this extra role is needed?

Role::DefaultButton doesn't get an android.widget.Button class_name on Android, but otherwise the difference seems to be that a DefaultButton with a toggled set is still exposed as a plain button rather than as a Toggle button. But if developers don't want push buttons they can simply not set Toggled on the button itself?

macOS allows assistive technologies to query for the default button. I don't know how that is used in practice but I guess this is why Chromium had this role.
