Idea: Add links to existing resources on accessibility

We talked shortly about this at the RustWeek Rust UI & App Dev Unconf.

Again, I don't actually know the actual links to add, but it'd be nice as a newcomer if there were links to MDN or maybe a great youtube tutorial for getting like a broader overview of how accessibility works. They don't have to be Rust-specific.
