Provide Docker container

It would be nice to provide a Dockerfile so that people can just start a docker container to try around with this repository.

The docker container should then access the mediawiki running in another docker container - but that's a separate issue in another repository. Ultimately I want a docker-compose.yml so that people just need to type docker compose up and have a complete local development version of the 4training.net mediawiki system, the database and these python tools

As we need LibreOffice maybe it's better to start with a debian image, you could use this here as a starting point:

For the issue of the pywikitools scripts not being logged in: If you don't find a quick workaround (maybe generate a working .lwp pywikibot cookie file locally and put it into the container or so) don't invest more time into it.
Pywikibot actually recommends using OAuth so it would be better to look into that and see if we can entirely switch to OAuth in the future.
