Decide on documentation system #103
Description
After switching from ReStructuredText to MarkDown (#102) we can make a new decision on what we want to use to generate documentation. There was an attempt to use Sphinx with the repository which generated pywikitools.readthedocs.io - however that never went really productive.
It felt a bit complicated to me... Maybe an alternative like MkDocs would be better for us?
We need something easy and light-weight.
