[WhatsApp] Get notification, when QR code is requested

Whatsapp requires every couple weeks to rescan new QR code to be able to work. Otherwise Whatsapp bridge stops working.

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be nice to have notification (maybe in some special service channel/group), when QR code is requested.
