Steps to Reproduce

如图，添加获取当前日期时间工具。哪怕提示词中说的再清楚，依然不会被调用……，不知道是bug还是需要其他什么配置。但是在官网中也没有看到有特殊说明，因此当做bug处理。
排除模型本身的问题（因为我用了deepseek , kimi）多种满血模型，并非量化版，所以排除模型本身不支持工具调用问题。
